Mango Leather Jacket Not Shipped, No Refund Made

On October 7th, I purchased a leather jacket from Mango. Initially, the order was created for delivery to an address due to the unavailability of the desired size in-store. They mentioned that the product was shipped from Spain and should arrive within 22 business days. When I contacted the store through customer support, I was informed that the item would arrive by November 7th. On November 7th, I called, and I was told that the product was not in stock, and the order was canceled. Despite providing my bank details for a refund, it has not been received yet, and when I inquire, they claim the money has already been transferred. No one responds, and there is no one taking responsibility. They sent me a receipt with someone else's name and insisted that the refund has been processed. I don't know how this will be resolved, but I strongly advise against making purchases from them.
