Mango Coat Pilling Problem Still Not Solved

I have purchased a scarf and a coat on different dates from Mango. The scarf shed a lot of furs, so I visited the Aqua Florya store to request a refund. After inspection, the store processed my refund. However, I faced difficulty in removing fur from the coat's scarf. I tried a lint roller and even tape, but the fur wouldn't come off. I visited the Mango store in Perlavista Shopping Mall and explained the situation to the staff. They informed me that they received several complaints about the same issue with the scarf, and the company recalled the product. I wondered why the necessary quality control checks were not done before launching the product in the market. Regarding the coat, they claimed that nothing could be done, and even if they sent it for inspection, the result would be negative. After insisting, they agreed to send it for inspection, and the manager claimed that there was no issue with the coat's scarf. They suggested that I consult a dry cleaner or use a more potent lint brush. It is frustrating to face such poor product quality and customer service from Mango. If a solution is not reached, I am considering taking legal action.
