Mango Black Shirt Faded After One Wash

I purchased a black shirt from a Mango store, and after just one wash, the color noticeably faded. I returned it to the store for inspection, where I was informed the review would take seven business days. Surprisingly, I received a response within only three business days, rejecting my request for a replacement or refund. For a brand like Mango, this is unacceptable. I expected higher quality and customer service. I intend to reach out to all relevant consumer protection authorities about this. I urge Mango to address this issue promptly and provide a satisfactory solution for their defective product.

I sent the product for review for the second time, and they accepted the exchange. Thank you.
