Mango Jacket Fading Problem

I bought a jacket from Mango. So, like, two weeks ago, I got this jacket with the number 57097708 and it cost me 3200 ₺. But now, after wearing it a few times, I noticed that the white lining on the upper fabric is starting to fade. When I went to return the item, they told me that they would review my request and it would take 15 days. They said the reason was that they hadn't received any complaints. After checking out complaints and reviews, it seems like a lot of people have been dealing with different problems. I really hope I don't have to deal with a similar situation. If I do, I might have to use legal methods to handle it.

The jacket I sent for review was returned with a negative response. I was literally victimized and lost my money. Moreover, I went there for a refund, but they sent it for review. The jacket faded and the white fur turned black despite only using it for 10 days. It was neither washed nor dry-cleaned. Not all, but many of the employees have a problem with their attitude. They made me look like a liar, which I consider an insult to me. How many people has this prestigious large store victimized in this way? The jacket has a problem, it fades, the dye comes off, and my grievance should be resolved. When I explain the situation to the store employees, they tell me to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I shouldn't have to deal with this, but you are obliged to ensure customer satisfaction.
