Madame Coco Delayed Carpet Order and Poor Customer Service

On September 13, 2024, I placed an order for 5 carpets from Madame Coco, and they still haven't been delivered. When I called customer service on October 7, 2024, they informed me that the order was stuck in "approved" status, so the warehouse couldn't see it. They assured me the issue was resolved and that the order would be shipped within 2-3 days. However, when I called again on October 10, 2024, they claimed there was no record of my previous inquiry. The customer service team was extremely rude, and without my consent, they canceled my order. They offered me a discount code to purchase the carpets again, but the ones I wanted are now out of stock. For over a month, they've used my payment without delivering any service.
