Madame Coco Canceled My Order but Hasn’t Issued Refund After 20 Days

I ordered two products from Madame Coco, but more than 10 days passed, and they never arrived. When I called to inquire, I was told that the items were damaged and had been sent back. Later, I was informed that my order had been canceled.

It has now been almost 20 days, and I still haven’t received my refund. This delay and lack of proper communication are unacceptable. I regret shopping with Madame Coco and will never make a purchase from them again. I demand that my refund is processed immediately. Customers should not have to chase a company for money that is rightfully theirs. Please resolve this issue promptly.
