Madame Coco Order Delayed Since October 14 – No Resolution from Customer Service

On October 14, 2024, I placed an order through Madame Coco’s store, but the status still shows “order in progress.” Despite reaching out to customer service, I haven’t received any clarity or resolution.

The payment was processed immediately at the time of purchase, yet I’m left waiting indefinitely for the delivery. When I contacted Madame Coco’s customer service, they deflected responsibility, claiming it was purchased through another seller, so they could not address the issue.

This level of service is unacceptable. I expect Madame Coco to take responsibility and ensure my order is delivered promptly. If this isn’t resolved soon, I will escalate this matter further.
