MAC Retractable Eyebrow Pencil Broke After Three Uses

In January, I purchased a MAC Cosmetics retractable eyebrow pencil from the MAC store on Bağdat Avenue. I only recently started using it, and after using it just two or three times, the tip broke. After that, the pencil would no longer advance to expose more product, making it completely unusable even though it had barely been used.

I paid approximately $44 for the product. Although I no longer have the printed receipt, I paid with my bank card, so the purchase can easily be verified through my bank statement. I have not yet contacted the store or MAC customer service because I wanted the issue to be properly documented before reaching out.

Given how little the product was used before it failed, I believe this may be a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear and tear. I respectfully request that MAC Cosmetics inspect the eyebrow pencil and provide a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, I would appreciate a full refund of the amount I paid.
