I have been using the Essence Lash Without Limits mascara for about a week and a half. I purchased it from the Watsons store at Forum Istanbul Mall. After only a few applications, today the tip of the mascara wand broke off and got stuck inside the tube, making the product unusable.
I no longer have the purchase receipt or invoice, which makes the situation even more complicated. In addition, I could not find any direct customer service phone number to report the issue to Essence.
It is highly disappointing for a mascara to break so quickly, especially after such limited use. I request that my product be replaced with a new one, as this is clearly a defective item. I expect Essence to address this matter and provide a proper solution so that customers do not face similar issues in the future.
