I purchased a MAC brow pencil from the Akasya AVM branch on February 9. It was a twist-up pencil, and I only used it once or twice a week—nothing excessive. Yet, to my surprise, the product ran out completely in under three months. I didn’t drop it, overuse it, or misuse it in any way.
Given the premium price—₺400+, I expected the product to last significantly longer. I reached out to MAC customer service to request a replacement, but I’ve received no response whatsoever. For such a high-end brand, this lack of customer care is unacceptable.
I trusted MAC to provide long-lasting quality, but instead, I feel like I paid for a product that offered very little value. It’s deeply disappointing.
MAC, I’m requesting a proper explanation and either a replacement or refund. If your product depletes this quickly under normal use, that should be clearly stated on the packaging. Please take responsibility and make this right.
