I purchased a MAC mascara, expecting high quality from a premium brand. This is not a cheap product, so naturally, I assumed I was investing in a reliable and effective mascara. Unfortunately, the experience has been a complete disappointment.
The first time I applied it, the mascara clumped horribly, sticking my lashes together, and within a short time, it flaked and smudged under my eyes. Even worse, it caused an allergic reaction—every time I use it, my eyes water and turn red. It is clear that the product is expired or defective.
I went to the MAC store in Ankamall to explain the issue, expecting at least an exchange or a reasonable solution. Instead, I was told that returns and exchanges are not allowed and that I was stuck with the product. The store staff offered no alternatives and simply dismissed my concern.
I spent a premium price on this mascara, even after a discount, yet it performs worse than drugstore brands. My money is wasted, and I am extremely disappointed with MAC’s lack of customer support. I demand a refund or replacement—this is not the level of quality or service expected from a brand like MAC!
