I Face Breakage Issues With Mac Cosmetics Lip and Brow Pencils

I recently purchased several lip and brow pencils from Mac Cosmetics, expecting the premium quality that the brand promises. However, when I tried to sharpen the lip pencils after the tips wore down, each one broke repeatedly. No matter how carefully I sharpened them, the tips kept snapping off. I then attempted to sharpen my brow pencil, but the color crumbled like powder instead of forming a usable tip.

Despite being brand new, these pencils are now almost unusable. I am extremely disappointed that a globally recognized brand like Mac Cosmetics produces such poor-quality products that cannot even withstand basic sharpening. I feel frustrated and financially disappointed, as these items were not inexpensive.

I urgently request Mac Cosmetics to replace these faulty products and compensate for this inconvenience. If I continue sharpening, there will soon be no product left to use. Please take responsibility for this manufacturing issue and provide a resolution as soon as possible to prevent further disappointment for your customers.
