Today (April 25, 2024), I purchased a Deborah eyebrow pencil from the Bingöl store. Before buying it, I wanted to try the testers. I was told that the testers did not write well because they had been used a lot, but that a brand-new one would not have this issue.
I wanted to open and test the pencil inside the store after purchasing it, but it did not draw on my eyebrows at all. I showed this to the staff, and they took the product and tested it on their hands without asking for my permission. They then had me fill out a return form, but before I even got home, I received a message saying that my return request was rejected.
Money is not easy to earn. I am requesting that the return be accepted and that my money be refunded.
