I Paid for My Je Essence Order but Still Haven’t Received It or Any Update

I placed an order with Je Essence on March 14, 2024, under order number #je3847. The payment of ₺ was processed successfully, but since then, I haven’t received any shipping confirmation or tracking information. What’s worse, I haven’t been able to reach anyone from customer service—no responses to messages, emails, or any kind of communication.

It’s been far too long, and this level of delay without any explanation is completely unacceptable. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service from any company. If my order isn’t going to be shipped immediately, then I demand a full refund right away.

Je Essence, this is not how you treat your paying customers. Either ship my order now or refund my money. I expect a prompt resolution.
