Payeer Locked My Wallet and I Cannot Access My $10 Balance
I have been using a Payeer personal wallet from Eswatini (Swaziland), and since January I have not been able to access my account, as if it has been closed. The wallet still contains a balance of $10, which I can no longer access.
In early January, I was able to log in without any problems. However, afterward I discovered that I could no longer access my wallet.
I contacted Payeer support regarding this issue, and they asked me to provide proof of residence. I submitted the requested documents, but since then I have not received any solution or meaningful update, and my account remains inaccessible along with my $10 balance.
I kindly request that my remaining balance of $10 be refunded to another account, or that Payeer provide a clear and workable way for me to withdraw my funds, since I can no longer use my wallet as before.
I expect a prompt response and a solution, so that my funds are not left blocked indefinitely.
