Today I noticed that an amount of $20.19 was taken from my card by Cvwizard.com in Amsterdam without my consent. I did not knowingly approve any subscription or recurring payment for this service. Sometime last year, I paid a one‑time amount of $0.99 for a single CV, and my understanding was that this was a one‑off payment only, not a subscription or ongoing plan. I have previously used the service with the email address tatendan***@gmail.com, but I did not intend to start or continue a paid subscription that would result in this new deduction. The unauthorized payment was processed once today, and after seeing this charge, I tried to contact you the same day to resolve the issue. I request a full refund of the $20.19 that was charged without my clear consent, the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring plan linked to my account or card, and written confirmation that no further payments will be taken from my card in the future.
