Freecash Rejects My Withdrawal Even After Identity Verification

I have been using my Freecash account for a long time, and it currently has a balance of about $130.

Recently, I was asked to complete identity verification, and I successfully completed the requested verification in full. However, after finishing the identity verification, when I try to withdraw my funds through cryptocurrency, my withdrawal request is immediately rejected. The system does not show any error message or explanation for the rejection.

My account is registered with the email address **************@gmail.com, and my user ID is 81766578. This issue has been ongoing for about one day.

Even though I have not violated any rules and have not used any cheats or similar methods, I cannot withdraw my money and I cannot find out why.

I have contacted Freecash support multiple times through the support section, but I have not received any response. I also sent an email explaining the situation, but I did not receive any reply there either.

Being unable to access the $130 balance in my account and not receiving any response from support is causing me serious inconvenience.

I request that my account be reviewed, that my withdrawal requests which are being rejected without explanation be approved, that my $130 balance be paid out to me, and that I receive a clear written explanation regarding this issue.
