Yesterday, I purchased a pair of Wunder Train High-Rise Tight 25" from Lululemon. So get this, I made a purchase for a whopping $560, but guess what? Just four hours later, I noticed that one of my favorite items was suddenly on sale. I wanted to modify my order to add the item that is on sale. However, the website doesn't offer the option to make changes to orders, so I decided to give customer service a call. When I explained my situation, they told me it wasn't possible to modify my order. They were adamant about not making any changes, despite the fact that the item had not yet been shipped. Well, looks like I'll just have to sit tight until the order arrives and then send it back. Lululemon's customer service and cancellation policies are absolutely awful.
