Lululemon Customer Service Fails To Deliver Order, Offers Refund
I just made a purchase of $435 worth of merchandise from Lululemon. I was super pumped to get my hands on those items, but after three days, I decided to check the tracking number, and, lo and behold, the order hadn't even been shipped to FedEx yet. I was on the phone with customer service for 25 minutes. They mentioned that they would investigate the matter and provide me with an update. The following day, they gave me a call and informed me that they were able to provide a refund. I made it clear that I did not want a refund, but rather the items I had ordered. They mentioned that I could go ahead and order the same items again. I'm really let down by Lululemon.
