Lacoste Still Preparing My Order - Customer Service Has No Answers

I ordered from Lacoste’s online store on February 19, 2025, and it’s still marked as "preparing" with no updates at all. I contacted customer service, expecting a resolution or at least some clarity, but they seemed completely unaware of the situation with my order. It's surprising to see a brand with such a strong reputation manage an order in this way. I am disappointed by the absence of professionalism and clear communication. Unfortunately, I can't even cancel the order until it gets here. I intend to send it back as soon as it arrives and will not be shopping with Lacoste anymore. This experience has truly been disappointing, and I had higher expectations from them.
