I placed an order with H&M during a sale, and after waiting 10 days, the items were suddenly canceled without warning. I had even spoken to customer service earlier that day, and they assured me the order was being prepared for shipment. Later that same evening, I received a notice that my entire order was canceled.

To make matters worse, I checked the H&M website and saw that the same items are now back in stock—but at double the price. This feels incredibly dishonest. Additionally, in a separate shipment I received yesterday, there were five items listed, but all five were returned without my request, despite still being available online.

H&M, this is unacceptable. You made me wait, misled me, and now you're charging more for the exact same items I ordered on sale. I demand either the original items be shipped at the price I paid, or a full explanation and compensation for this manipulation. Treat your customers with respect—not as a way to offload stock at higher prices.
