Lexus RX300 Headlight Water Leak Not Covered Under Warranty

Anyone considering buying a Lexus should think twice. About 8–9 days ago, I left my 2021 Lexus RX300 at the service center because water had entered the left front headlight. Six days later, I was told there was no impact, crack, or visible damage to the headlight, yet they claimed the issue was not covered under warranty and demanded payment for a replacement. Two days ago, I called Lexus Turkey to file a complaint and asked for an urgent response and a solution. When I called today to check the status, I learned that Lexus Turkey had still not even contacted my service center. I called Lexus Turkey again, but instead of addressing my concerns, they simply repeated the same scripted response they gave me two days earlier.
Toyota and Lexus are known worldwide as highly corporate and quality-driven brands. Lexus is a leader in quality. Why does that standard change in Turkey? Why do globally respected companies seem to forget their identity when operating here? I cannot be expected to explain why water entered the headlight of a three-year-old vehicle. Manufacturing defects can happen, and quality control issues can occur. What matters is that the service team acts quickly and focuses on resolving the issue. How can a problem that is clearly not caused by me be excluded from warranty coverage? How has Lexus Turkey failed to contact my service center for two full days? And how can a vehicle remain in the shop for over a week because of water in a headlight?
Anyone seriously considering Lexus should read this and reconsider carefully.
