My Lenovo Legion 5 Pro Laptop Keeps Experiencing Vertical Lines
I bought my Lenovo Legion 5 Pro laptop from Vatan Bilgisayar about nine months back, and just recently, a vertical line showed up right in the middle of the screen. Store representatives said that these kinds of problems usually come from defects in the manufacturing process. I would like to inform you that the product is still within its 2-year warranty period, and I kindly request a replacement due to a manufacturing defect.
When I brought up this problem with the store, they told me they would only do repairs. However, I think that a problem with the manufacturing requires getting a new device. Based on the Consumer Rights Law, I have the right to ask for a replacement product if I think there's a manufacturing issue within two years of buying it.
