Lenovo Legion 5 Pro Defective Pixels, Damaged Device

I recently purchased a Lenovo Legion 5 Pro laptop, and when I turned it on, I discovered multiple pixel defects on the screen. As this is the first time I've encountered such an issue, I contacted the seller and requested either a repair or a refund. It is only fair that they replace the product and address my complaints. This kind of response from a reputable company like Lenovo is highly unusual. I took the laptop to an authorized service center, but Lenovo's technical team damaged it even more before returning it to me. My brand-new laptop, which had pixel defects, was taken to the service center, and I requested a replacement the same day. They claimed, however, that they could only repair the screen, and to my surprise, the laptop's frame now has two scratches on the upper left corner. I can't believe this is happening as a result of Lenovo. I spent a lot of money on this laptop, but I haven't been able to use it because of their negligence. I'm hesitant to send it back because I'm afraid it'll get worse. I've had enough and will take my complaint to the appropriate authorities.
