Lenovo Thinkbook Arrived with a Defective Screen Panel

I purchased a Lenovo Thinkbook from Amazon.com.tr during the 30.11.2024 campaign, but the laptop arrived with a significant panel defect. The screen has an 8-10 cm issue on the right side, as shown in the attached photo. Despite being brand new, the device clearly has a manufacturing defect.
The seller insists on a technical service report before they will replace the product. This is unacceptable, as the fault is obvious, and I should not have to chase after technical services for a product I just received. The device was removed from the box, turned on once, and immediately repacked when I noticed the problem.
I request Lenovo to replace this defective unit promptly. My work schedule is demanding, and I cannot afford delays caused by factory errors. Please address this issue immediately and resolve it to restore my confidence in the brand.
