Lenovo Yoga Slim 6 OLED Overheating, No Refund

I made the regrettable decision of purchasing a Lenovo Yoga Slim 6 OLED Evo 12th Gen Core i5 1240P-8GB-512GB SSD-14 inch-W11 model laptop from Vatan Bilgisayar, and I'm deeply disappointed! Upon unboxing, the product was found to be defective. It's impossible to anticipate such issues without experiencing the product firsthand. To those reading this complaint, I must stress: that I chose this laptop for its OLED screen and Lenovo brand. The OLED display on the model in question was flawless—vibrant colors and all. However, the unit I received was faulty. On the third day of ownership, I sent it to the service center for a refund, demanding no further action be taken. However, they claimed to have installed software without my consent, despite the issue being mechanical, not software-related. The laptop exhibited overheating, a common issue indicating potential battery, motherboard, or processor problems—no software glitches. The excuse of "software issues not qualifying for refunds or exchanges" seems like a convenient way to avoid responsibility. If the software was truly the concern, a refund should have been issued. It's just a way to brush off the problem. Complaint forums like this are filled with similar service issues. I implore Vatan Bilgisayar and Lenovo: Why tarnish your hard-earned brand image and customer loyalty? A dissatisfied customer is detrimental to any brand's longevity. I hope Vatan Bilgisayar and Lenovo address this widespread service problem, reflected in countless social media complaints. Please resolve my ordeal and refund my money so I can purchase a new Lenovo laptop!
