Overheating Horror with Lenovo Notebook

I bought a Lenovo notebook from Vatan Bilgisayar on October 14, specifically seeking a product without heating issues. It was sold to me with the assurance that I wouldn't experience any heating problems. However, the very next day, excessive heating prompted me to file a complaint. The product was sent to Cyprus and returned on October 27, only to be sent back by the service (Lenovo service) claiming there's no issue, despite our objections. We can't reach the service, and as the product hasn't been used for even a full day within the 30-day window, I'm demanding a refund. The laptop reaches 80 degrees within 5-10 minutes of simple tasks and hits 97 degrees during gaming, making the keyboard uncomfortably hot. We regret choosing Lenovo, as the customer service and service center were touted as excellent but have left us dissatisfied. I don't want a repair; I want a refund for the product, along with proper communication. The product page mentioned "waiting for a report under the DOA scope," and online sources indicated a return. Vatan Bilgisayar conveyed the same information, but instead of an expected refund notice, the product was returned. Customer service provides vague responses, claiming no issues, despite possessing tests and videos showcasing the product's heating problems. We seek a prompt refund before further inconvenience.

The product is being returned without any action taken again. I regret choosing Lenovo. I will never choose it again.
