Lenovo Refused to Replace My Defective Yoga Laptop Because I Lost the Box

I purchased a Lenovo Yoga laptop from the Mediamarkt Hilltown store two months ago. From the start, the battery never fully charged and drained quickly, and the device overheated rapidly. When I took it to the service center, they confirmed that the device was defective and initially offered a replacement or a return. However, they later refused both options because I no longer have the box. Instead, they replaced the battery and returned the laptop to me. It is disappointing that such a large company acknowledges the defect but uses the absence of the box as an excuse to avoid resolving the issue, leaving the customer dissatisfied. I no longer wish to use Lenovo products and want to return the laptop.

The customer representative called and brushed it off by saying, "This is just our procedure; we can't do exchanges or returns."
