Lego Store Refuses Gift Wrapping for Their Own Product


I purchased a product from the Toyz store at Istanbul Zorlu and wanted to have it gift-wrapped at the Lego store in Bursa Sur Yapı Mall. However, the staff informed me that they couldn’t provide gift wrapping and claimed it was a general rule. This policy makes no sense!
How can a brand refuse to gift-wrap its own product, even for a fee? They didn’t even offer a bag. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a brand like Lego. The lack of basic customer support and flexibility is frustrating. I spent good money on this product and expect better service. I demand an explanation and hope Lego revisits its customer service policies.
