Missing Pieces from Gabby Lego House – No Resolution from Toyzz Shop or Lego

On March 3rd, I purchased the Gabby Lego House from Toyzz Shop. The next day, when we opened the package, we discovered that bag number 1 was missing, while there were two bag number 6s. Without opening any of the bags, I went to the store to request the missing part. However, the store staff refused to offer an exchange or replacement since the box had been opened and directed me to contact Lego via email. I sent an email to Lego with photos proving the missing bag, and they responded, promising that the missing parts would be delivered within 8-10 business days.

However, two weeks have passed, and I still haven’t received the missing bag. I’ve called Lego customer service twice, and they’ve told me the parts are stuck in customs and that I would need to pay a customs clearance fee. I’m extremely frustrated with both Toyzz Shop for not allowing an exchange for a faulty product and Lego for not resolving the issue. I demand a resolution for the inconvenience caused.
