Today, I purchased the LEGO Creator 3-in-1 Set 31145 from a BİM store. After opening the box and beginning the build, I discovered that several pieces were missing. Specifically, the set was missing one red 1x2 piece and one red rounded side piece identified as part number 44 in the instruction manual, for a total of two missing pieces.

Finding missing parts in a brand-new LEGO set was very disappointing for both my child and me. Because these pieces were not included in the box, we were unable to complete the model and enjoy the building experience. At this point, I have not yet contacted either the BİM store or LEGO Customer Service regarding this issue.

I respectfully request that the missing parts be provided and shipped to me free of charge, or, if that is not possible, that my LEGO set be replaced with a complete, defect-free one.
