LEGO Has Not Sent the Missing Part for My Set After One Month

I purchased LEGO Set 60443 from the Toyzz Shop store at Hilltown Shopping Mall in Istanbul. After opening the box and beginning the build, I discovered that one of the essential pieces—a red curved LEGO element—was missing. Because this part was not included in the set, I have been unable to complete the model.

I first returned to the store where I purchased the set, but I was told that they could not assist me with missing parts. I then submitted a missing parts request through LEGO's official website and identified the missing piece using part number 6476008. Although I submitted this request approximately one month ago, I have not received the replacement part. I also attempted to contact LEGO by email, but I have not received any response through that channel either.

As a result of this prolonged delay, I have lost valuable time and have been unable to enjoy building the set with my child. I respectfully request that the missing part, part number 6476008, be shipped to my address free of charge as soon as possible, and that I receive a written update regarding the status of my replacement request.
