I Paid $62 for a LEGO Technic Set and It’s Missing Part 4211815
On October 1, 2025, we purchased a LEGO Technic set for $62 from the LEGO Store at Adana Optimum Mall. When we began assembling it, we noticed that part number 4211815 was missing from the box. We still have the purchase receipt.
When we contacted the store about the missing part, we were told that we needed to order the piece online ourselves and also pay a customs fee. This situation caused inconvenience and an additional expense for us.
I do not accept that a product I paid such a high price for is missing a part and that the responsibility for resolving it is placed entirely on the customer. I request that the missing part be provided to me free of charge.
