Lancome Refund Delayed for 3 Weeks – No Response from Customer Service

I purchased a mascara from Lancome’s online store and returned it the day after it arrived. It’s now been three weeks, and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve sent multiple emails and filled out the contact form, but I haven’t received any response or update on the status.

It’s incredibly frustrating not to be able to reach anyone or get any support. I’m requesting an immediate update on my refund process, as well as improved customer service response times for issues like these.
