Shortmax Innovations Unauthorized Subscription Refund and Cancellation Request

I saw a charge on my Commerce Bank card ending in 6253 from “Shortmax Innovations” dated 03/01/2026 in the amount of $9.99, even though I have never downloaded the Shortmax app, never signed up for its services, and have never authorized any payment to this company. This payment was simply processed on my card without my knowledge or consent. I request a full refund of the unauthorized $9.99 charge and the immediate cancellation of any subscription, service, or recurring billing that may have been opened in my name or against my card without my explicit authorization. I also want confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card by Shortmax Innovations.
