Unauthorised Debit By HINTSPP.COM/UK

I am writing about unauthorised payment attempts and a recent unauthorised deduction from my account by HINTAPP.com/uk. I previously used their service and made a one‑off payment online, authorising that payment via Google Pay with my fingerprint, but I did not subscribe to any of their offers or agree to any recurring or direct debit arrangement. Despite this, on 10 February, there was an attempted deduction from my HSBC account by HINTAPP.com/uk, which was declined. I took note of this and have a screenshot of the declined transaction. Tonight, another attempt was made, and this time £29.99 was successfully taken from my account without my knowledge or consent. I am very concerned about how HINTAPP.com/uk has been able to take money from my account without my explicit approval, especially as their site always requires my fingerprint authorisation in Google Pay for any payment, and I have never knowingly set up a subscription or recurring payment with them. I request a full refund of the £29.99 that was taken, immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment that may have been set up in my name, and the blocking of any future payments or attempts from HINTAPP.com/uk. I also expect a clear explanation of how they were able to charge my account without my approval, and I would like this matter investigated urgently so that it does not happen again.
