Labranda Mares Marmaris Give My Money Back!!!

Unfortunately, I made a reservation at Labranda Mares Marmaris for September 18th to 20th, and we paid a total of 7,000 tl. However, much to my disappointment, even though I promptly notified them via email that I wouldn't be able to stay, they still went ahead and charged us the entire amount. They did mention that they would refund it, but only if I provided a report. Despite my compliance with their request, they are now asserting that it is too late for a refund, much to my disappointment. I am disappointed by this situation and I strongly urge for my money to be refunded promptly. Reservation Number: 1014783.
