Overcharged for Marmaris Reservation on Hotels.com

I made a reservation for 3 nights in Marmaris through Hotels.com.tr on July 10, 2024, and paid a fee of ₺29,000. However, when I checked my credit card, I was charged ₺30,500, resulting in an extra ₺1,500 charge. When I inquired with the bank, they suggested it might be due to an exchange rate difference, but there was no fluctuation in the exchange rate during that day.
I have been trying to reach Hotels.com for assistance, but there is no customer service representative available to speak with. I kindly request a refund for the excess amount charged. Please address this issue promptly. Thank you.
