Stayforlong Overcharged and Failed Reservation for Bursa Ibis Hotel
On December 17, I made a reservation for Bursa Ibis Hotel via Trivago, which directed me to Stayforlong. The booking was for December 19-22, and I approved a payment of 5796₺. However, my card was charged 6036₺ instead. Upon arriving at the hotel on December 19, the reception informed me that no reservation was found under my name.
When I checked the Stayforlong website, the booking status was still marked as "pending." I immediately emailed both Trivago and Stayforlong but was unable to reach anyone to resolve the issue. As of today, I have not received a refund or any response. Avoid booking through Stayforlong; I’ve since discovered numerous complaints about similar issues. I demand an immediate resolution and refund.
