I recently booked a reservation through Agoda.com for ₺7,060, but when I checked my credit card statement, I saw that ₺7,295 was charged instead. This unauthorized overcharge is unacceptable and left me deeply disappointed.

Adding to my frustration, I couldn’t find a way to reach customer support from Turkey. There is no accessible customer service number, and I couldn’t get in touch with anyone to resolve this issue.
