I haven't been able to find the branch address for my Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, tracking number 100005638842, which was delivered to the Kuryenet Eskişehir Odunpazarı branch for the past four days. The branch's address isn't listed anywhere, and it's impossible to reach customer service. I've experienced similar problems before, and it took a month for my credit card to be delivered. I'm truly fed up with this situation and don't want to continue to suffer. My only request is that the Eskişehir Odunpazarı branch's address be shared with me.
