Hepsijet Did Not Deliver My Package Even After Days
My Hepsijet package with tracking number 62753834323473, which arrived at the Eskişehir Distribution Center on 09.09.2025, has still not been delivered as of today, 13.09.2025, even though the delivery date has already passed. During this time, I called customer service multiple times, but each time I only received standard replies such as “we are looking into it, forwarding it, creating a request,” without any real action being taken. Even though I specifically mentioned that the courier had not gone out for delivery, they claimed they could not reach the branch or warehouse and that no phone number was available. It is truly unacceptable for such a large company to be unable to reach its own branch or warehouse. I paid for my order by card, and I request that my package be delivered as soon as possible. I have been left aggrieved by Hepsijet’s irresponsible approach and now expect a proper resolution.
