Sürat Kargo Failed to Deliver My Package Twice and Doesn't Answer My Calls
I recently had an issue with Sürat Kargo that has left me very upset and dissatisfied. My package was collected by the Gürsel branch on September 2nd, and the next day, it was marked as out for delivery by the Çamlıca branch. However, it wasn’t delivered, and I didn’t receive any updates. I patiently waited and received another SMS stating it was out for delivery again, but yet again, it wasn’t delivered. I’ve tried calling the Çamlıca branch multiple times, but no one picks up the phone. This ongoing lack of communication and service is unacceptable. I rely on timely deliveries, and this experience has caused me significant inconvenience. I expect a proper explanation and urgent action to ensure my package is delivered without further delay.
