I Face Kuryenet Failing to Deliver My Bank Card Despite Days of Waiting

My bank card, which I was expecting to receive via the Kuryenet Altınşehir (Başakşehir) branch, was sent to me in an envelope with tracking number 7325335023726. Although several business days have passed since December 2, the shipment still has not been delivered. On the tracking page, the shipment appears to be stuck at the transfer stage to the local branch, and there has been no progress or any update indicating that it has been dispatched. This delay is causing me serious inconvenience, as I cannot use my bank card, and it is negatively affecting my daily transactions and payments.

I contacted the Kuryenet Altınşehir (Başakşehir) branch about the issue and was told that I would be called and that the card would be delivered. However, I was never called, and my problem remains unresolved.

I request that my shipment with tracking number 7325335023726 be delivered to my address as soon as possible, that the delivery process be expedited without any further delay, and that I be provided with clear and detailed information about the reason for this delay. I expect an urgent and definitive solution to this matter.
