My Package Was Not Delivered Despite Repeated Out for Delivery Messages

My shipment with tracking number 14524222323717 arrived at the Bilecik branch 3 days ago. Since then, I have received daily messages saying it was out for delivery, but it was never delivered. Yesterday, I even received the 4-digit code required for delivery and was informed that my package was on its way, yet once again, the delivery did not take place. In the evening, I was told that my package could not be delivered and that I needed to collect it from the branch. Despite paying the delivery fee, my package has not been delivered to my address, causing me inconvenience. Furthermore, it is impossible to reach the Bilecik Sürat Kargo branch by phone, and I have not received any response in any way.
