Wrong Krispy Kreme Donuts Delivered, Not What I Ordered

I specifically placed an order for a particular Krispy Kreme donut that I wanted, but the product delivered was entirely different from what I ordered. This is incredibly frustrating as I paid for the item I selected, not something else. If the donuts I ordered were unavailable, they should have been removed from the menu or marked as out of stock.

This feels like a deliberate tactic to substitute items without customer consent. It's unacceptable to receive and pay for an incorrect product. Krispy Kreme must ensure accuracy in their orders and improve their process to avoid disappointing customers. I expect a resolution for this issue and a refund for the incorrect delivery.
