When I asked which donuts were eligible, the staff assured me I could choose any. My spouse and I ordered two menus, expecting to pay around 100₺. However, at checkout, we were shocked to see that 350₺ was charged. I immediately questioned the discrepancy, reminding the staff that I had specifically requested the promo menu. Despite multiple attempts to clarify, they refused to explain or cancel the transaction. The employees appeared very young, around 16-18 years old, and lacked professionalism. Even small neighborhood shops offer better service and refunds. Such behavior is unacceptable in 2024, and I urge Krispy Kreme to address this unprofessionalism immediately.
