Klarna Demands Payment for Faulty Remote Control Car with No Way to Resolve Issue
I recently ordered a remote control car that appeared to come from an Asian seller. Unfortunately, the product didn’t meet the promised performance in terms of range, stability, or battery life. The website I purchased from turned out to be unreliable, and I’ve even started legal action to document the misleading product information. Despite my efforts, I was never provided with a return address and only received automated responses offering no real solution. Klarna’s customer service could only give me an email address and a phone number without a country code to contact the seller. The seller’s website is now inaccessible, and my request for a callback was ignored. Today, I received a payment reminder without ever having the chance to resolve the issue. It’s unacceptable to demand payment without offering a way to fix the problem.
