If you would like to return an order with Klarna, it is best to proceed as follows:
Observe the store's returns policy: First check the returns policy of the store you ordered from. On the store's website you will find all the details on how and under what conditions the return can be processed.
Register your return with Klarna: Log in to your Klarna account and select the order or items you wish to return. Click on “Register return” to pause the payment for this order until the return has been processed.
Keep the consignment number: If problems arise, such as the store not registering the return, Klarna can only help if you can provide the tracking number. Keep the proof in a safe place until the return process is complete.
Track updates via Klarna: As soon as the store has confirmed the return and adjusted the invoice accordingly, you will receive a notification from Klarna via email or in the app.
These steps also apply if you only want to return part of your order. Have more to contribute? We'd love to hear from you in the comments.
