Kiwi.com Only Refunded Me 10 Euros for My Cancelled Flight

My international flight ticket cost me around 90 euros. I canceled my ticket due to the need to return early and was informed that I would receive only a 10-euro flight credit. When I requested a refund, they claimed I canceled on my own volition. Okay, I voluntarily canceled it. But why give me only ten euros in credit instead of a full refund? I'm baffled by this absurdity. This is my first experience with such treatment. I demand a prompt and full refund for the canceled ticket amount. When it comes to refunds, dealing with airlines can be a nightmare. It's outrageous that they only offer a meager 10 euro credit for a canceled ticket. As a customer, I am entitled to a reasonable refund for the unused ticket amount.
